Professional Development Session on Workplace Readiness
A Professional Development Talk was conducted by the Placement Cell on 27 november 2025 from 2.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at the College Auditorium, Jesus Training College, Mala. The session was facilitated by Mr. Faimen Paul, Placement Officer, with the objective of enhancing the professional competencies of student teachers. The programme focused on workplace ethics, effective communication, leadership qualities, teamwork, time management, and professional conduct expected of successful educators. Students were encouraged to develop a positive professional attitude and strengthen the interpersonal and organizational skills required for a rewarding teaching career. The session concluded with an interactive discussion that motivated students to pursue continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.
