ISO Training Programme: Strengthening Quality through Continuous Improvement

As part of its commitment to promoting institutional excellence and quality assurance, Jesus Training College, Mala, under the initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized an ISO Training Programme on 17 September 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The programme aimed to familiarize faculty members and staff with the principles and practices of ISO standards and their significance in enhancing the quality of teaching, learning, administration, and institutional functioning.

The resource person for the session was Ms. Sheena Bhaskar, ISO and IQAC Coordinator, Jesus Training College, Mala, who shared her expertise on quality management systems and institutional best practices. She explained the objectives of ISO certification, documentation procedures, quality benchmarks, and the importance of maintaining systematic records for continuous improvement.

The session highlighted the institution's commitment to creating a culture of quality through effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Participants gained practical insights into quality assurance mechanisms and the role of every stakeholder in sustaining academic excellence.

The programme reinforced the message that "Quality Education begins with Quality Teaching," motivating faculty members to adopt best practices that contribute to institutional growth and excellence.
