On December 5, 2023, Jesus Training College, Mala, celebrated World Soil Day with activities focused on promoting sustainable soil management and raising awareness about the critical role soil plays in supporting life on Earth. On November 27, 2023, Malayalam education option had conducted a short programme regarding the Constitution day. 26th of November is celebrated as Constitution day (Samvidhan divas) to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1947, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the constitution of India, which came into effect from 26th January 1950. A speech and video presentation by students to promote constitutional values among citizens was conducted on this day.

As a part of BEd curriculum, on November 24, 2023 teacher trainees of Jesus Training College, Mala went to the land of history, Hill Palace, Tripunithura and Marine Drive, Kochi, under the guidance of teaching staff, Principal Dr. M G Ramadevi, and Executive Director Fr. Binoy Kozhippatt. The first destination was the Hill Palace Tripunithura. Students, having reached there at 11am, spend one and half an hour exploring the museum. After having lunch at 12:30pm, the group left for Kochi Marine drive. A cruise journey was arranged there at 3pm. After a fabulous boating experience with DJ, the trip came to an end by 6:30pm.
