Reading serves as a means of communication and language acquisition in literate societies. To foster a culture of reading, Jesus Training College Mala's Literary Club organised Reading Day celebrations titled "Vayanapakshacharanam" from June 13th to June 17, 2023. Activities included book introductions, discussions, dramatisation and a quiz competition.

The event featured a range of activities designed to engage participants in various aspects of environmental stewardship.
