The event featured Sr. Ancy, a renowned yoga instructor, who shared valuable insights on integrating yoga into daily life. The session focused on the importance of breathing exercises (pranayama) and various yoga asanas, highlighting their benefits for physical and mental well-being. Participants were guided through a series of exercises designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and improve concentration.
